Hi, Taehyungie, fans, and ARMYs 😊🤗 How are you today? I hope that things are going well for you. I was looking into x/twitter yesterday and noticed that my timeline has been wrecked, with so many irrelevant posts coming into it, and it even came to a point where a number of porn or porn-like posts appeared. It’s disgusting. So I tried to reset my Twitter, followed more of Tae’s fan accounts, and found out that many of them are not active anymore (perhaps they have just taken a bit of a hiatus, too).

Many of Taehyung’s big active accounts (like those who got from 1k-40k views) aren’t really connected to the bigger “ot7” army. I think that’s where I found the disconnect. Of course, I haven’t been on the platform for that long (I started being active there just in 2021), so I can’t speak for the majority of Taehyung’s fans and ARMYs. I purposefully did not follow many ot7 accounts to avoid stan-wars, and I wonder if that’s the same for others. I don’t know about other members’ solo stans on x/twitter, but because they just rely on the bigger army, I assume they don’t have such big solo fandoms.

It’s always Taehyung’s solo fan sites that get the largest share in BTS album and merch sales, and it’s consistent in every country that BTS tries to make music business with. It’s also Taehyung’s solo fan sites that give the most awesome coverage and impact during BTS concerts, and he was always trending on Twitter before. Even when I just joined the fandom, Taehyung’s impact in every activity was so uncontested and very noticeable. He just naturally gets people talking about him. I mean real people, not paid ones or bots. I’m definitely talking about both fans and non-fans (remember those westerners who kept looking for Taehyung every time BTS made an appearance in music shows or UN events before?).

Even South Korean news and shows give Taehyung the biggest coverage. Those music show hosts before often faced Taehyung the majority of the time – and of course, Taehyung rightfully gave them the best time of the show and got so many fans and ARMYs talking about both him and the show itself (double ki*ll), which is the reason why I love seeing variety shows outside of BTS/Hybe’s control. I really wonder why what’s seen by the ARMY is different from what’s seen in the general public, unless Hybe is actively controlling that narrative.

I super love how beautiful Taehyung is, and it really simulates K-pop’s imagination to link him with the strongest, most beautiful member of popular K-pop groups, showing how he’s the most promising and most popular member of BTS. I remember those stalkers following me in McDonald’s and horribly dissing him, denying he’s the most popular member of BTS (of course, since they’re Hybe-sponsored stalkers, and they’re actively controlling a disgusting narrative). Well then, let Hybe lose money and go bankrupt while those shows who guest Taehyung get more genuine (and fond) interactions and sales. Oh, I’m specifically talking about the latest “Are You Sure?” on Disney+, who had to ride on Taehyung’s clout and attempt to harass him and downplay his achievements and drag his image for the ARMYs, and the now debunked “Run BTS” show that also did the same harassment towards him, and obviously, that’s not sitting well with fans (mostly his) who are truly buying BTS merch and even advertisements.

Let me enumerate those BTS variety shows that are hosted by popular Korean shows and not Hybe itself, who have seen by their own eyes how big Taehyung’s impact is in the general public: You Quiz On the Block 2021 (around Grammy 2021); Let’s BTS! KBS World TV 2021 (around Grammy 2021); Na PD’s Game Caterer (Run BTS Collab) 2021, and of course, Na PD’s Jinny’s Kitchen 2023; Running Man (2016?), and it can be noted how one of the hosts previously included Taehyung’s name in the lyrics of one of its rap, and yes, how I wish everyone was as handsome and cool as him 😍. Fast forward 7 years later, Taehyung has been on the show twice, and they’re among the most watched episodes in its history; Grammy 2019 (green hair) and 2020 (in black); UN General Assembly 2021; White House 2022; PTD LA Concert 2021; and he has been the scene stealer ever since.

Well, our Taehyung is the biggest star and the most popular among all Korean (Hallyu) stars worldwide, anyway. Awards are just formality, right? Some of them are even “manufactured” (that came from Hybe, Bang PD himself, btw. It’s clear now that he and Hybe sponsor these stalkers and “manufacture” romance scams. Our Taehyung should pull out from that heist already and stop wasting any more of his hard-earned money, which came from his pure, genuine artistry).

I’m definitely NOT on Min Hee-jin’s side, but there is a reason why Hybe is threatened. In the same way, that’s also a huge reason why Hybe is threatened by our Taehyung, Taehyung-ah (and for a long time, too). If I follow the chain of events, the fact that it’s our Taehyung’s Layover, impactful solo activities (Paris Fashion Week, Vogue magazine covers, brand activities), and Newjean’s sales, impact, and activities saved Hybe’s financial performance last year (and of course, knowing how the other members’ supposedly successful chart performances and activities led the company into a negative instead) is mindblowing. I wish to see such amazing things again and again. Taehyung-ah, keep us excited. We’re looking only at our Taehyung 🤩❤️💜

Our Taehyung knows how disgusting and exploitative people (gossip community, antis, stalkers, and bots, among others) pollute his achievements and impact. I still can’t believe how such disgusting people like them can dictate big things, like how they have sabotaged our Taehyung’s debut album and spread hate campaigns on social media (they’re even spending so much money for that and celebrating such successful exploits and scams). Unbelievable, indeed.

Our Taehyung still has many awards and achievements before the solo era, but that will be for another letter. Congratulations, Taehyung-ah 🥳🎉👏🙌 Keep making positive momentum. They’re adding one after another. What’s important is that our Taehyung has done it on his own; he has built it up, and he has so many things and potential to showcase now and in the future. I hope our Taehyung will fight for his own, too, voice out his own opinion, and not let others steal valuable things from him. Those are the weaknesses I’ve seen from Taehyung and the holes in his impact so far. Our Taehyung is already excellent, and he can do it, but if he won’t cherish and protect what is his, he’ll be handing out the narration to someone else until he comes to a point when he’ll stop doing what he’s good at, corrupting the values and rewards of excellence and happiness. Don’t be like others, Taehyung-ah. Don’t become disgusting like them. Firstly, stop engaging with these exploitative stalkers and your equally exploitative company so their moral corruption won’t rub off on you.
